🎯 Practical Lights
For the backlight, I placed the Neewer MS150C outside the window, paired with the Neewer CSF10 Fresnel, and set it to a warm tone to mimic natural sunlight. This helped create a sense of depth and warmth in the scene.
✨ Key Light
Inside the lamp, I swapped the bulb for a Neewer RGB62, dialed to a warm tone slightly cooler than the window light. Using this as a practical gave me precise control over the color temperature and intensity for a more cohesive look.
🌈 Rim Light 1
For the first fill, I used a Neewer CB300C with a Godox VSA 36K Spotlight set to teal blue. I directed it toward a white door to bounce the light back into the scene, softly filling in the shadows with a cool blue tint.
🌈 Rim Light 2
The second fill was a Neewer RGB1 LED Tube placed off-frame, casting a warm glow onto the side of the couch. This added subtle separation and dimension without overpowering the composition.
📸 Exposure:
To dial in each light perfectly, I used false color to ensure balanced exposure and keep everything looking intentional.
